Draft terms and hard limits.

This page is a working draft, not a published agreement. It describes permitted use of this synthetic walkthrough and the limits the product will not cross even after launch.

Permitted use of this site

  • Read, link to and evaluate these pages as a product description.
  • Do not present the synthetic examples as real customer results.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at abusive rates, or misrepresent an association with the project.
  • There is no upload, account or transaction on this site, so no user content is accepted.

Limits of the product itself

  • No eligibility decision. The product never decides whether a warranty claim will be accepted and never guarantees recovery.
  • No claim filing. It does not submit claims, send supplier emails, scrape portals or accept orders on anyone's behalf.
  • No disposal or repair advice. It does not instruct anyone to dispose of parts, handle refrigerant or perform physical work.
  • No money movement. It records allocations against posted credits; it does not pay, charge, transfer, or write back to an accounting system.
  • Not professional advice. Nothing in the product is legal, accounting, tax or warranty advice.

Output text describes what was observed, what was confirmed and what remains unknown. Missing, ambiguous and unverified values remain visibly distinct from zero.

Service status and figures

  • This static preview is not a customer product deployment and provides no app service, availability target or support commitment.
  • All case references and amounts shown are synthetic illustrations and are not predictions.
  • Pilot pricing on the pilot page is a hypothesis under test, not an offer.
  • Performance and reliability numbers will not be published until they are measured on the selected infrastructure.

Content, marks and licences

  • Product names and copy on this site belong to the project owner; the pilot and public-copy approval gate is open.
  • Self-hosted typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License; the licence texts ship with the font files.
  • No customer logos, testimonials or partner marks are used because none have been authorized.

Still to be decided

  • Governing law, jurisdiction and dispute terms.
  • The reviewed pilot agreement and its data-processing terms.
  • Retention commitments, which are drafted on the privacy page and remain subject to counsel review.
